All data displayed is sourced from publicly available government filings and third-party aggregators of those filings.

Ticker Signals ("we," "the Site") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
Automatically collected data: When you visit the Site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) may collect standard web analytics data including: browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location (country/city level). This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your personal identity.
Signal AI inputs: When you use the Signal AI chat feature, the text of your questions is transmitted to our server-side proxy (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) and then to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not store your Signal AI chat messages. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy at anthropic.com.
Cookie consent preferences: Your cookie consent choice (accept/decline) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. This is not transmitted to our servers.
Analytics data is used solely to understand aggregate usage patterns, improve the Service, and inform product decisions. We do not use this data to identify individual users or build personal profiles. If you decline analytics cookies, no Google Analytics data is collected from your session.
We do not collect: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not require registration or account creation to use the Service.

Anthropic Claude API: Signal AI queries are processed via Anthropic's API. Anthropic may process query data per their usage policies. We transmit only your question text and anonymized, publicly available congressional trade data. See anthropic.com/privacy.
Cloudflare Workers: Our API proxy is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may log request metadata per their standard terms. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Unusual Whales: Congressional trade data is sourced from Unusual Whales' public API. We do not share your data with Unusual Whales.
We do not maintain a database of user activity. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics per their standard retention policies (default 14 months). Signal AI queries are not retained by us after processing.
Because we collect no personally identifiable information, most data rights requests (access, correction, deletion) are not applicable. You may clear your local browser storage at any time to remove your cookie consent preference. You may opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
This Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through Signal AI, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
